Cost-Engineer:  Must have the following:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.

3. Above 8 yrs of experience in costing. Preferably, should have exposure to project management.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration in Civil Construction and Building Works
Perform quantity surveying duties
Review the tender documents developed by Design Consultants and Contractors
Preparation of variation orders, trend notices, claims and negotiation of the same
Relate the actual field cost to the estimated cost

Immediate Requirement:
Planning Engineer Must have the followings:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
2. Min 8 - 10 years of experiences in Project/Construction Management and related work
3. Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English both oral and written.
4. Computer knowledge including MS Office, Primavera and MS. Project applications
5. Membership in Kuwait Society of Engineers

Preferences:

1. 15 years experience with 3 – 5 years in Supervisory level and has experience working with Contractor.
2. Degree in Civil Engineering.
   
   

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to be located in our International Projects.

Must have the following:
1. BSC in Quantity surveying.
2. 15 + years of experiences in related work
3. Knowledge in FIDIC, Computer and other Contract Administration- related field.
4. Senior Quantity Surveyor experienced in FIDIC and claims analysis.
5.Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills, including oral and written.

Preferences:
1. A fellow/member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
2. English native speaker
3. Skills in Budget and Cost Analysis, Claim Analysis

Also seeking for Design Manager and Architect to be located in Head Office with required qualifications as follow:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
2. 10 years of experiences in Design Management and related work
3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills including oral and written
