Using our knowledge and experience in project management, construction and facility management we aim to provide our clients with a high quality, multi-disciplined and competitive solution.
KUD has been in existence within Kuwait since 2004 during which time it has maintained continuous and systematic growth providing project Management services over a wide scope. KUD is qualified by the Ministry of Planning and in association with international companies tendered for numerous major projects in the country where CM services became a basic requirement. The staff employed in KUD covers all standard architectural and engineering systems, quantity surveyors, value engineers, contracts administrator planning and cost evaluation and accounting, KUD staff are extremely familiar and competent in the various contracts formats and standard permitting a wide range of contractual arrangements and relationships.
Complex projects are multi-disciplinary in nature. Any successful attendance to the implantation of such projects becomes a direct relationship with the skills instilled in the project Management team, its ability to achieve properly synchronized and timely involvement of the various parties of the project and last but not least the ability of the management team of motivate the operators to perform their respective duties with professional KUD firmly believes that throughout their professional performance they have succeeded in carrying out all these skills. |
