KUD is committed to and understands the
importance of project control and implements several
control systems to insure a total control.
Project Control System:
The objective is to effectively identify plan, monitor,
analyze, and report on multiple phases to allow controlling
budget and schedule consistent with the approved project
scope.
Cost Control:
The objective will be to provide a documented project
budget and the tools to monitor expenditures, respond
to variations and forecast estimated cost at completion
of work.
Project Financial Control:
The objective will be to generate, monitor and report
current financial data for each agreement on the project.
Project Status Reports:
The objective of the narrative reporting will be to provide
timely and affective non-technical reporting of project
status.
